The workshop will be focused on two topics: Hessian varieties and Lefschetz Properties and recent developments on surfaces of general type, with emphasis on their interaction with other research topics as theoretical and applicative aspects of tensors, deformation theory and computational aspects in algebraic geometry.

The workshop consists in 2 courses and some talks given by young researchers and international experts.
