Large Deviations for some interacting particle systems
Large Deviations for some interacting particle systems.
Carlo Orrieri (Università di Pavia)
Abstract.
The aim of the talk is to discuss a Large Deviation Principle (LDP) for interacting particle systems in finite dimensions.
Firstly, we give a brief overview of large deviations results for diffusion systems. Then we exploit the connection between Gamma-convergence and large deviations to derive an LDP for stochastic particle systems in the joint small-noise and mean-field regime.
Part of the talk is based on a joint collaboration with M. Fornasier, S. Lisini, G. Savaré.
