The purpose of the workshop is to discuss recent developments in various aspects of mathematical and numerical modeling of the cardiovascular system and applications, bringing together mathematicians, computational scientists, bioengineers, physiologists, and joung researchers working in the field.

The first day will host the final workshop of the PRIN national project ``Mathematical and numerical modeling of the cardiovascular system and clinical applications''.

Day 2: conference in honor of Piero Colli Franzone (program)

This conference wishes to honor Piero's outstanding academic career and the generous dedication to impart his contagious enthusiasm for research to colleagues and the young scholars he has mentored.
